Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Accountant/HR Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the CFO to maintain accurate financial records and ensure the company’s compliance with all legal requirements. Your responsibilities will include recording and verifying A/R, A/P, GL, intercompany transactions, and credit card transactions, as well as Payroll time verifications in ADP and new hire setup. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has a strong understanding of GAAP, reconciliations, JE's, cost accounting, wage & hour laws, and best practices in accounting. In addition, this person will assist with company parties, branded merchandise and employee incentive programs.
