Reva Medical LLC is seeking a mid-level Talent Acquisition HR Specialist (onsite, San Diego) to keep hiring moving smoothly and compliantly by managing full-cycle recruiting and core HR support.
Key responsibilities include:You’ll start onsite by checking requisition status, candidate responses, and interview calendars, then shift into quick syncs with hiring leaders to confirm priorities and timelines. Midday often includes focused sourcing time, phone screens, and keeping candidates informed on next steps. Between interviews, you’ll update the ATS/HRIS, confirm documents are ready for new hires, and ensure files are accurate and audit-ready. As questions come in, you’ll provide clear answers on policies and process, then wrap up by reviewing key metrics and planning tomorrow’s outreach and scheduling.
This full-time role includes Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage, plus a 401(k) plan and Life Insurance.
